Accessibility Statement
Last updated
Novapex Studio wants everyone to be able to use our website, apps and games, whatever their abilities, devices or assistive technologies. This statement describes what we do, where we fall short and how to tell us when something does not work for you.
1. Our commitment and target
Our target for novapexstudio.com is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. For our mobile apps and games we follow the accessibility guidelines of each platform (Android and iOS) and aim for the same WCAG principles: perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
2. What we do on this website
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading order, landmarks and a "skip to content" link.
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with visible focus styles; menus and carousels have accessible controls.
- Text and background colours meet WCAG AA contrast in both the dark and the light theme, and the theme follows your system preference by default.
- Text can be resized to 200% and pages reflow on narrow phone screens (360 pixels wide and up) without horizontal scrolling.
- Images have alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Animations and the 3D hero respect the "reduce motion" setting, and the hero is replaced by a static image on devices that would struggle.
- Forms have visible labels, clear error messages and no time limits.
- We test each major change with automated tools such as Lighthouse and by keyboard navigation, and we are extending manual screen-reader testing to every release.
3. In our apps and games
In our apps and games we aim for:
- Support for the platform's font scaling, dark mode and reduced-motion settings wherever the design allows.
- Labels for interactive elements so TalkBack and VoiceOver can read them, and touch targets of at least 48 by 48 pixels.
- Colour is never the only way information is shown; sound is never the only cue in games where it matters.
- Game controls that do not rely on precise timing or rapid tapping where the game design makes that possible, with difficulty or assist options where we can offer them.
4. Known limitations
- Third-party content we do not control, such as advertisements, embedded videos and the consent message, may not meet the same standard.
- Some older games or features built before this statement may not yet fully support screen readers or font scaling. We improve them as we update them.
- Screenshots of apps are illustrative and are described in their alternative text rather than being fully accessible themselves.
5. Compatibility
The website is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, together with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack. It does not require JavaScript to read content; interactive features degrade gracefully.
6. Report a problem
If you find something on the website or in one of our products that you cannot use, or you need content in another format, please tell us. Email [email protected] with "Accessibility" in the subject, or use the contact form. It helps if you include the page or app and screen, what you were trying to do, the assistive technology or settings you use, and your device and browser. We usually reply within 2 to 3 business days and treat accessibility problems as bugs to be fixed, not as feature requests.
7. Review
This statement was last reviewed on the date shown above. We review it, and re-test the website, at least once a year and after major changes.
